You will always remain the data owners, with ultimate responsibility for signing off the data that gets imported, but with our experience we can own the process of cleansing your data so that it is suitable for import.
Most implementation teams will stipulate limits on import attempts, we can take the hassle out of your project and work with you to overcome this potentially major project block.

The priority with any new implementation is going live. It is rare to find all requirements accommodated at the beginning of an implementation. This is due to either time or budget constraints, or because a straight-forward implementation enables the business to go live with a standardised configuration. It is common to run live for 6 months to see how many nice-to-haves or must-haves are or are not required.
Usually after that time it will be clear if there are any gaps or inefficiencies. We have led many optimisation projects and would be excited to hear about yours.
Our methodology is simple. We will capture the change requests and continuous improvements flagged by your various cost centres and then review with your chosen senior leaders at a change board meeting. Changes and improvements are either approved or rejected by your change board.
Approved changes and improvements are then grouped into 'sprints', changes are released on set days with user documentation issued in advance. We will then report back to your board on a weekly basis using an easy-to-follow project plan.

This is then documented and shared with you via a workshop to discuss what is running in your account. This is your opportunity to ask questions, not only about what you have in place but what you don't have. This can often identify some useful features that may increase efficiency and better support your business processes.
We also take this opportunity to review your current business practice against the existing configuration, business growth and process change. NetSuite software gives your business the tools needed to scale.
Having an expert on board enables you to be guided through the change process, should you need to bring your historic configuration in line with your current business processes and requirements.
NetSuite updates their software twice a year. This is a great benefit to using NetSuite, it keeps you up to speed with latest technology and features. Whilst the update is positive, it is advisable to test your processes in the release preview environment.

Does the out of the box PDF meet your brand and marketing requirements? Have you had a recent brand update with a need to update your transaction outputs? We can offer some fixed price design choices that we will match to your brand giving you clear sight of costs in advance (changes to a core design are available and are charged at our standard hourly rate).
If you require something more bespoke, we are happy to build your PDF outputs in line with your requirements. This can be done on a fixed price or T&M basis.
Did you know NetSuite supports EFT? Perhaps you were aware, but your bank format isn't available? We have built many XML file formats for our customers and would be happy to assist.
All new formats are followed with a 'penny test', whereby we will work with you to test a series of penny transactions, successfully process to the correct bank accounts, for the correct amounts. Upon successful testing your new formats will be available for use, saving you hours with supplier payments.

It would be impossible for any software provider to create bespoke training material for every customer. NetSuite have great content, but it is vertical specific, not bespoke to your business.

So, you've got a great system accommodating your business needs and a well-trained competent userbase. You have a leadership team with system confidence, but does everyone in your business know all your processes end-to-end? Do they know what happens in which software platform? If not, we can help!
Far too often, crucial business processes exist in the heads of key team members, but when they're unavailable and the team is unsure of the process things can start to fall over. Our business process maps have proved valuable assets for staff onboarding, leadership being unavailable and business acquisition scenarios.
We have extensive experience in the creation of easy-to-follow, cross functional flow diagrams. We typically take a process area and break it down into manageable sub-processes, clearly identifying segregation of duty, from the perspective of both staff and systems.
If you are already working with a trusted partner we do not want to interfere with that relationship, that's not our aim. We do however know from experience it can be difficult for both parties transforming requirements into technical documentation and interpreting technical documentation into your business requirements.

Equally we are happy to provide consultancy on documentation you have been provided, to review any areas that aren't clear due to terminology.
